All items purchased from MBH Spices are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Due to the nature of our products (food items), we generally do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt. Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
